Yorby provides an AI-powered coaching platform that allows coaches to create digital clones of their expertise to deliver automated coaching sessions, mock interviews, and feedback to students. The service includes:

• AI coaching clone creation and training
• Automated mock interview sessions
• Performance tracking and analytics
• Student progress monitoring tools

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Subscription and Payment

Yorby operates on a subscription basis starting at $99/month for up to 10 student seats. Additional pricing applies for additional students. Payment terms include:

• Monthly billing cycle
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• 30-day notice required for cancellation
• No refunds for partial months

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all coaching content, questions, and materials you upload to Yorby. However, you grant us a license to use this content to provide our AI coaching services. Yorby retains ownership of our platform, AI technology, and any improvements made to our system.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your students. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yorby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any data stored on our servers may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
